Beside the suites and rooms of the resort buildings there are 28 villas in 5 types and the owners villa, which is the most exclusive corner of the entire estate.
The villas have an area of 250 sqm divided in three floors. They are ideal for 6 people, but offer the opportunity to host up to 8 people with an additional cost.
The villas are differentiated by the size of the garden and the outdoor pool.
Villa Giardino has a pool of min. 6,50 x 2,50 m
Villa Giardino Pugliese has a pool of min. 8 x 3 m
Villa Splendida has a pool of min. 10 x 3,40 m
Villa Giardino Mediterraneo has a pool of min. 8 x 3 m

Villa Padronale (The Owner’s Villa) on 500 sqm living area with 7 en-suite bedrooms and 27m long pool. 3 persons of staff are serving the guests of the owners villa.

All villas are on three levels, with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a family room, a terrace, a garden, a patio and a private pool. All the following features are common to all villas
Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen; a living area with a sofa, armchairs, a chaise longue, a 32” LCD TV set and a mini audio system with an iPod dock station; a dining area with a stone fireplace; a powder-room.
First floor: a main bedroom with a king-size four-poster bed, a 32” LCD TV set, a walk-in closet and a bathroom equipped with a double sink, a double shower and a separate bathtub; a second bedroom with a super king-size bed or twin beds, a small studio/walk-in closet and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
Basement level: a fully furnished family room with a dining/gaming table, a honour bar and a comfortable living area with a 46” LCD TV and a 5.1 home theatre system including a DVD player and a cable or bluetooth connectivity panel for your devices; a third bedroom with a super king-size bed or twin beds; a bathroom with a shower box; an extra room can be used as a massage parlor, a studio or an extra bedroom.
EQUIPMENT
All Villas provide cable, Wi-Fi and TV Internet connection and a safe deposit box located inside the main bedroom’s walk-in closet. All guests staying in the Villas can enjoy our exclusive tailor-made services such as “Massaia in Villa” and “Chef in Villa” (for availability and prices please contact our reservations office). As per all our types of accommodation, a full breakfast at our restaurants is included in the room rate. Occupancy: up to 6 people. A king-size sofa bed in the family room and/or an extra bed in the spare room are available at an extra charge, for a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
