Villa Medusa is located in a private estate of 2 hectares in Gardone Riviera, a picturesque town on the list of the most beautiful Italian villages, which offers a particularly mild microclimate and lush Mediterranean vegetation full of cypresses, agaves, palm trees, with villas and historic buildings. 

You are taken back to Belle Epoque times through natural and cultural treasures, noble restaurants, and breathtaking views, which this most exclusive corner of Lake Garda still manages to give. 

A descent lined with cypress trees leads to the villa, through the private parking area from where, aboard a comfortable golf buggy, you continue up to the entrance, between oleanders and close by a small natural lake. Here the well-equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue give complete comfort even further away from the main kitchen of the villa. Follow the path to the pond with lotus flowers, koi carp and fountain. Enjoy a moment of heavenly peace here, amid magnificent nature on the garden bench and lose your gaze on the horizon. The villa has been completely built on the ruins of an ancient house and has been furnished with the latest technology tools, high-end appliances and carefully chosen designer furniture. The villa covers an area of about 600 sqm and is on 3 levels with 3 double bedrooms upstairs and an additional bedroom in the basement (basement). Ground Floor (villa entrance level) On this floor, there is a large panoramic living room with high open windows overlooking Lake Garda directly, the living area with comfortable sofas in front of a large Olufsen & Bang screen, a grand piano, the dining area with a large table that can accommodate up to 10 people and a spectacular professional and ultra-modern gourmet kitchen with induction hob, which even has an integrated teppanyaki grill. The living area leads directly onto the fantastic large terrace with a 25-meter infinity pool and integrated whirlpool, with covered seating and a dining area. Upper floor From the living room, a scenography staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a sleeping area and an office with a panoramic view, which is located right in the central area of this floor. Here there is a first double bedroom which has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a shower; on the opposite side, there is another spacious double bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Downstairs From the entrance, a staircase leads to the first floor with a double bedroom, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. In the basement, there is an entertainment room - which can also be used as a fourth bedroom - with a sitting area, double bed, and toilet. In the right wing, there is a large bar/kitchen island - games and TV room with billiards. To the right of the entrance is the fitness room with 2 machines, relaxation beds and direct access to the sauna and terrace.
