The position overlooks two of the most spectacular beaches on the island, Ionian Beach and St. Nicholas Beach, which are both a stone’s throw away on either side of the Ionian Sea.

Breathtaking Panoramic views from every window of the villa on the Zakynthos coastline to the main town and on a clear summer day, the neighbouring island of Kefalonia is in the distance. The island of Zakynthos is known as the sunniest island in the Mediterranean and surely is a destination to fall in love with. The nearest Tavernas and Beaches are walking distance

The villa is spacious and bright, offering a true feeling of privacy and relaxation with the sound of the waves lapping the rocks below the villa, giving you a feeling of calm and tranquillity.

The main entrance opens to a spacious and modern kitchen, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with two single beds convertible into a double and a bathroom with a bathtub - Jacuzzi.

On the first floor, there are the other two bedrooms, both of them with en-suite bathrooms with power showers and private balconies with sea views.

Outside on this floor, the house is surrounded by a large sea-view balcony with sunbeds that give relaxation and right next to it there is an outdoor dining area with tables and chairs for stunning sunset dinners.

The outdoor area provides a stylish private swimming pool as well with a Jacuzzi, BBQ, private parking in the plot, and of course stunning views and elegant settings.

Bedrooms

All of the bedrooms feature comfortable double beds and two of them offer en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor, the communal bathroom offers Jacuzzi while the other bathrooms feature a power shower.
