Villa Eleganza is a spacious luxury two-storey villa immersed surrounded by terraces and gardens with direct access to the sea, located close to the beach in Cantone an ancient fishing village which today is a characterful holiday resort on the Amalfi Coast.The villa can accommodates up to 12 guests.

The entry to Villa Ibiscus from the parking area and main gate offers convenience through a lift or staircase. The spacious living room, featuring a seating area with three elegant sofas and a dining area with a large table, creates a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen includes a five-burner hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, small wine cellar, ice maker, dishwasher, moka pot, toaster, and kettle. Access to the terrace with a BBQ and wood-fired oven is available from the kitchen, and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board adds practicality to the luxurious setting.

Bedrooms

The villa offers a variety of luxurious bedrooms across different levels. On the Upper floor, three bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, king-size beds, satellite TV, safes, and minibars. The first two bedrooms open to a seaview terrace, while the third has a balcony. All bathrooms on this floor are equipped with a sink, toilet, shower, cosmetic mirror, and hairdryer.

Two additional bedrooms on the Ground floor offer en-suite bathrooms, king-size beds, 70” satellite TVs, and access to a terrace with a sea view. The bathrooms include a sink, bidet, toilet, shower cubicle, cosmetic mirror, and hairdryer.

A guest cloakroom with a sink and toilet adds convenience.

The Dependance, an extra building, features a sixth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, king-size bed, 70” satellite TV, and access to a terrace with a sea view. The bathroom in the Dependance includes a sink, bidet, toilet, shower cubicle, cosmetic mirror, and hairdryer.

Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by very large outside areas and boasts a stunning seafront infinity pool with hydro-massage seating, that also features sunbeds and an outdoor shower.

The ground-floor terrace of 140 sqm is divided into seating and dining areas complete with a long dining table, a built-in BBQ and a wood-fired oven. The seating and dining areas are shaded by awnings and an ancient olive tree. Another large terrace on the upper floor is accessed from the bedrooms.

• Tourist tax 2,00 Euros per day per person from April 1 to October 31 for the first 5 nights. The children under 18 years do not pay.
Late check-in are subject to fees:

Pool heating is available on request at extra charge. The pool is open all yeararound.

Deposit: 2000,00 Euros in cash or by credit card. The damage deposit will be returned prior to departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
