Villa Oriana in the Sorrento area is renowned for its breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Amalfi Coast. This charming villa features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for guests.

The Villa is spread on two floors over 4000 sqm garden, with several balconies and terraces, which can accommodate up to eight people in complete comfort and style in four bedrooms (2 master suites and 2 guest rooms) with three bathrooms.

The interior of the house is adorned with a mix of classical and modern paintings, as well as antiques, enhancing the overall experience of this beautiful villa.

Living Area

The main entrance places you on the top floor, where you enter into the spacious living area (60 sqm; 645 sqft). In this living room, you and your loved ones can sink into the three comfortable sofas, where you will enjoy the warmth of the beautiful fireplace. One of these sofas converts into a double bed. You can also choose from hundreds of international TV channels or on the 50” Smart TV. From the living room you can access two of the bedrooms and the kitchen.

A Fully-equipped kitchen accessable from the patio, with refrigerator/freezer, six-ring induction stove, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, pots and pans, plates and silverware, American coffee maker, ice maker, Nespresso coffee maker,Moka coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine,microwave, etc..

The kitchen opens to the dining area with a stunning large hand made majolica oval table. A large glass window also serves as the door in order to access the outside terrace. A staircase leads from the living area to the ground floor.

Bedrooms

The sleeping area is over two floors, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the lower floor.

Ground Floor

• Bedroom 1 – queen-size bed, shared bathroom with shower, and balcony access, and sea views

• Bedroom 2 – large twin beds (converted to one super-king on request), shared bathroom with shower, and garden views

Lower Floor

• Bedroom 3 – twin beds (converted to one king-size bed on request), en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and shared terrace with outdoor Jacuzzi & sea views.

• Bedroom 4 (Master) – king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, Jacuzzi bathtub & separate shower, and shared terrace with outdoor Jacuzzi & sea views.

• Two additional guests may be accommodated on living room sofa bed on request.

Outdoors

The garden haa different terraces with a seaview infinity pool (heatable) on the lower with two decks, sunbed and umbrellas.
