Developed across multiple levels that follow the natural slope of the landscape, the villa is designed to maximise light, views and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The main living area opens directly onto the pool terrace, while the lower level hosts a dedicated leisure and fitness space, creating a natural separation between social and private areas.

Indoors
The villa features 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and private balconies with sea views. Two bedrooms are configured with king-size beds, while the remaining two offer twin beds convertible into doubles, allowing flexible accommodation for different group compositions.
Interiors are contemporary and bright, with large glass openings, refined materials and a neutral palette enhanced by carefully selected design elements. The open-plan living area includes a spacious lounge, dining table for eight and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and wine cooler.
On the lower level, a playroom and gym area adds an additional dimension to the stay, complete with sofa bed, fitness equipment and entertainment system.
