LAYOUT

The Villa boasts 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and provides full privacy both indoors and outdoors, as well as magnificent sea views.

Ground Floor

This two-storey villa can comfortably accommodate 12 guests in its 6 bedrooms (up to 14 people with extra beds). Clean lines, neutral tones and hits of pattern make the interiors of Villa Naiadi contemporary yet inviting. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find the bright, modern living room that features a 55’’ HDTV and can seat everyone on its comfortable sofas and armchairs, while the traditional architecture with Venetian arches and stone walls, as well as carefully chosen wooden pieces of furniture add an elegant touch to it. Through large glass doors, you have access to the pool terrace. The open plan area also features a large indoor dining area with a large wooden table and a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality fixtures and appliances, which offers direct access to the BBQ facilities. The ground level hosts two of the Villa’s bedrooms, them being the Master bedroom, which boasts a large round bed, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, an in-room jacuzzi bathtub, a 45’’ HDTV and access to a veranda with a sitting area, as well as another double bedroom with a reclining bed (the bed can also be used as 2 single beds), a 32’’ HDTV, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and access to a veranda equipped with patio furniture. An additional bathroom with a shower cabin is available on the ground floor.

First Floor

A staircase or the elevator brings guests to the first floor where there are an additional sitting area, a kitchenette, as well as a washing machine, dryer and the remaining four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature double beds, while the fourth has a double bed which can also be used as 2 single beds if required. All bedrooms are equipped with 32’’ HDTVs and en-suite bathrooms with shower cabins and they all offer direct access to the veranda, where the hot tub is, offering amazing sea views. Two of the double bedrooms also offer access to the rear part of the Villa and have balconies with sitting areas.

Gym with treadmill, static bicycle and weights, sauna, Working space with desk and 2 laptops, smart Home Applications to manage lighting, music, home cinema, motorized window shades, air conditioning, alarm system and even the pool waterfalls through your mobile phone, Built-in music system with 3 channels, air conditioning system, lighting options in all bedrooms, elevator, storage room.

Villa Naiadi is a child friendly property and offers several leisure time facilities for kids of all ages including a playroom with home cinema featuring Dolby surround system, a 65” HDTV with Netflix, DVD player, PlayStation 4, Bluetooth speaker, board games and free Wi-Fi., a pool table.  Four bikes are at the disposal of our guests (2 for adults and 2 for children).

Playground for our young guests in the lawn-covered garden at the rear part of the villa, ping pong table.

A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

Outdoors

The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped, surrounded by lawn-covered areas, flowers and plants, featuring a variety of amenities including several furnished spots for relaxation and sunbathing (sun beds, umbrellas, outdoor living room, gazebo, bean bag sofas, tables and chairs, outdoor shower), a private swimming pool with hydro massage waterfalls (heatable with an extra charge of 50 euros per day and upon request), children’s pool, outdoor hot tub for five people on the first-floor veranda, Shaded outdoor dining areas, Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with a sink on the ground floor with direct access to the kitchen.

The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance, offering 100% privacy to our guests, with a sandy beach right in front of the villa with private sun beds, umbrellas and a gazebo for our guests.

Free, public parking space next to the villa.

A large lawn-covered garden is also available at the rear part of the Villa, offering an additional shaded area, equipped with extra lounge and dining spots and another beautiful double day bed. The room features a flat-screen TV, A/C, kitchenette, and a gas BBQ.

SERVICES

- In-Villa room service with a simple call all day long through the bar right below the Villa (payment for all orders is made at the end of your stay).

- Breakfast and lunch preparation daily upon request (groceries should be provided by the guests).

- Water sports (SUP, jet ski and more) are available at the beach in front of the Villa upon request (extra charge).

- Private party on the beach with sun beds, umbrellas, and gazebo beds for our guests.

- Welcome pack including wine and traditional Cretan treats. - Daily maid service from 08:00 to 15:00.

Other services provided: Shopping delivery at home once per day, towel and linen change every 2 days, Daily cleaning, and Daily pool and garden maintenance.
