The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 en-suite bedrooms, each with private outdoor access and panoramic views over the sea or mountains. Interiors are contemporary and elegant, combining natural materials with bespoke design elements and refined finishes.

The open-plan living area includes a spacious lounge and dining space, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances. A dedicated cinema room with large screen and PlayStation, as well as a private workspace, adds both entertainment and functionality to the villa experience.

Outdoor living is at the heart of Villa Oreadi. A heated infinity pool overlooks the sea, accompanied by a separate heated pool with jacuzzi function and an additional outdoor jacuzzi.

Multiple lounge areas, a firepit, a yoga deck and a fully equipped outdoor dining area with BBQ create a versatile and inviting setting from morning to sunset. Landscaped gardens and generous terraces enhance the sense of privacy and connection with the natural surroundings.
