LAYOUT

The villa consists of three independent buildings, two of which contain the living areas, while the third one offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and barbecue facilities. Ideal for families or groups of friends, as it offers absolute privacy to its guests, as well as independence when required, while everyone is close at the same time. The villa is located within walking distance from all daily amenities, such as restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops and the location is also a great base to explore both Chania and Rethymnon, as it is between the two cities.

First Building

The main building features an open plan area, consisting of a sitting area which boasts a comfortable sofa, a 49” satellite HDTV with Netflix, PlayStation 4 and a kitchenette with breakfast counter, kitchen stoves and a small fridge. The room provides amazing sea views and large glass doors open up to the pool terrace, facilitating outdoor access. Three of the bedrooms can be found here, two of which feature a double bed while the third one has two single beds, which can also be converted to a king-size bed if required. All bedrooms have air conditioning, satellite HDTV, as well as their en-suite bathroom with shower cabin with hydromassage and they offer direct access to the pool and terrace. Next to the living room there is an extra room with an office and a sofa, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower cabin are available.

Second Building

This second building features an additional living area equipped with an indoor dining table, also offering wonderful views of the Cretan Sea and easy outdoor access. Furthermore, there is a second kitchenette with a beautiful wooden breakfast counter. The remaining two large bedrooms are located here as well. The first one has two single beds, which can also be converted to a king-size bed if required and provides direct access to the pool and garden, while the second one is equipped with a king-size bed. Both bedrooms have a sitting area, dressing table, satellite HDTV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. The whole villa has a great style, with modern and quality furnishings, giving a summer vibe throughout, which will make you feel at home right away.

Third Building

A few steps away, the spacious kitchen is equipped with professional appliances and barbecue facilities, making the daily cooking of your group an easy task! Moreover, a large dining table for big groups, with pool view, will be your favorite dining area day and night. A large 65” HDTV, sofa, washing machine and clothes dryer are available in this room as well.

Outdoors

The 3.500 sqm outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation with a sandy beach stretch is at your doorstep, a few steps away! The outdoor facilities include pool, children’s area , garden, pool terrace featuring gazebos with comfortable sun beds, umbrellas, and outdoor sitting areas with sofas, ping pong table, football nets and 4 bicycles are available (2 for adults & 2 for children). The villa provides a direct access to a long sandy beach, a few meters away from the pool, with private sunbeds and umbrellas provided on the beach for guests. The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance, offering 100% privacy to our guests. Free Parking space for 5 cars.

Welcome pack including wine and traditional Cretan treats, Daily cleaning & maid service from 08:00 till 15:00, except for Sunday & final cleaning, Breakfast preparation daily upon request (groceries should be provided by the guests), Shopping delivery at the Villa once per day (cost of groceries not included), Towel and linen change every 2 days, Daily pool and garden maintenance.

Excursions and activities, dinner reservations. All visits from the villa staff members (cleaning, maintenance and maid service schedule) can be flexible and arranged according to your wishes.
