Berta has four double bedrooms, with a simple decoration in light tones, but very warm and welcoming. It also has three bathrooms, an exceptional living room with a large table, a fully equipped open space kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, air conditioning, internet connection and security system with alarm.
The villa opens to the garden and the outdoor space through large windows. The pool area offers a stunning overview on the rural surroundings, and it has a porch equipped with a table, chairs, hammocks and a barbecue ideal to cope with the heat of the warm summer nights and enjoy dining outdoors, in the company of family and friends.

Villa Berta is located in the surroundings of Es Cap de Barbaria, in a very quiet area a few kilometers from Cala Saona and Sant Francesc, a small, charming town, capital of Formentera, full of narrow streets thru whitewashed white houses and small shops that still preserve the traditional Mediterranean air.

The villa offers beautiful views of La Mola, a wide isolated plateau raised on the eastern end of the island, where some seabirds usually nest. This area is surrounded by impressive cliffs that, in some cases, exceed one hundred meters in height. On the highest wall you will find the La Mola lighthouse, built in 1861 and that contains a plaque in honor of the writer Julio Vern and from where you can enjoy unique sunsets.
