Zawadi features just 12 spacious Ocean Front Villas, each measuring approximately 100 sqm and positioned to maximise privacy and uninterrupted views across the Indian Ocean.

Every villa combines generous interiors with a large private terrace surrounded by tropical vegetation. Floor-to-ceiling perspectives towards the ocean create a continuous visual connection with the sea, while each villa has its own private plunge pool overlooking the Indian Ocean.

Inside, the villas feature an oversized double bed with memory-foam mattress, comfortable seating area, dressing and closet space and an elegant en-suite bathroom with freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower and double vanity. Amenities also include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar, tea and coffee facilities, television and safe.

BEACH & POOL

Zawadi occupies a dramatic elevated position overlooking the Indian Ocean, with access to a secluded white-sand beach and the coral reef beyond.

The coastline is tidal, as is characteristic of Zanzibar's Swahili Coast. At low tide, the changing landscape reveals the reef and offers an opportunity to explore its marine environment, while higher tides transform the shoreline into a beautiful setting for swimming and enjoying the turquoise waters.
