Ayada Maldives is situated on the picturesque island of Magudhuva located within the southern rim of the Huvadhu Atoll on an N-S elongated reef lodged between the Gazeera Reef and the Boduhutta Reef. The island occupies the central region of the reef and has a shallow sandy lagoon circling its entirety accompanied by a pristine sandy beach encircling the island. With the Huvadhu believed to be one of the largest and deepest natural atolls in the world, this destination is ideal for diving enthusiasts who are keen to explore a vastly undiscovered sea scape.

Highlighting the majesty of the natural surroundings, Ayada Maldives offers 7 luxury accommodation types, all of which bring together contemporary with traditional Maldivian and Turkish design elements.  Each of the stilted water villas have been carefully placed on the uniquely shaped jetty to capture magnificent views of the endless horizon whilst the beach villas offer an enclave of absolute privacy and serenity less than 30 steps from the Indian Ocean. 

Beach Villas 

Located on the white sandy beach with one bedroom and en-suite bathroom, idyllic veranda and private plunge pool surrounded by lush vegetation just few steps to the ocean. 

The interconnecting beach villas are perfect accommodation for families. 

Sunset Beach Suites 

The spacious suites offer living area with access to the en-suite bedroom. Front of the sitting area is an airy veranda and the private plunge pool with garden and view on the lagoon. You can enjoy here a romantic private dinner. 

Ocean Villas 

The over-water 1 bedroom villas are situated over the lagoon and offer heavenly view whilst relaxing on the ocean-hammocks. From the entry you reach the large bedroom with access to the bathroom and to the veranda and private plunge pool. 

Sunset Lagoon Suites 

Perched on the beach with large terrace over the water, so you can enter the suite from the beach and leaving on the other side into the ocean. This suite offers large encompassing living and sleeping area with access to the large terrace with lush outdoor furniture and plunge pool. 

Sunset Ocean Suites 

This suite is the absolute luxury in the paradise of the Indian Ocean. The large over-water suites have a spectacular living area with glass panel separated bedroom with the en-suite bathroom. 

From all rooms of the suite you can access the huge sundeck with pool and just jump into the lagoon. Two suites offer great space for families – with additional bedroom equipped with twin beds instead of the living area. 

Ayada Royal Ocean Suite 

The presidential suite on 2 levels and 318 sqm is situated on the edge of the jetty and offers the ultimate luxury for 4 audults and 1 baby. Designed, planned and constructed exclusively keeping in mind the need to provide a unique yet accessible, luxurious yet simple, modern yet authentic experience for its guests. 

All exterior and interior elements have been especially commissioned to use the most durable natural elements and as such there is an abundance of teak, marble and terrazzo finishing’s on display. 

The resort pays special tribute to its Turkish influence by introducing subtle Ottoman style decorative elements in the guest villas and dining venues. 

Each of the spacious 50 water villas and 62 seafront villas are tastefully designed and furnished to provide privacy and comfort and exclusively offer: a private plunge pool with terrace, direct beach or ocean access and the service of your own dedicated Butler or Guest Relations Agent.
