The Nautilus offers 26 ultra-private beach and overwater houses, each a world unto itself with spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and outdoor showers, a separate living room, a wide sundeck, and a private pool.  A few steps from turquoise waters, these lushes' suites each come with private butler service. The whole island guarantees the ultimate exclusivity. 

The villas 

Ocean houses with private pool (282 sqm) – 8 units 

These eight chic houses are stilted all over the lagoon. The oval bedroom and separate living room with a glass floor panel open up to a large sundeck, with stairs descending to blue seas. A private infinity pool looks out to the horizon, while a bathroom with glass walls offers panoramic views of the brilliant Baa Atoll. 

Beach houses with private pool (309 sqm) – 9 houses 

Nine elegant beach houses, each spacious and elegant just right on the beach and just a few steps from the ocean reef. These houses feature an oval bedroom and separate living room open up to a wide private sundeck, overlooking the beach, private pool and lush gardens. 

Ocean residences with private pool (453 sqm) – 2 residences 

These two refined residences over the lagoon are both custom-furnished and fine-decorated. This type of accommodation features a spacious living room with a glass-floor panel and another separate bedroom. The dining room is close by a powder room and wet bar, opened up to an expansive sundeck with a private infinity pool connected with stairs to the sea. 

Beach residences with private pool (415 sqm) – 3 residences 

Three elegant beachfront mansions, each a real home of luxury, with living and dining rooms on the ground floor with a wet bar and powder room opened to the deck and a stunning private pool. Upstairs, is a king-size bedroom overlooking the beach and ocean views with a terrace with a spiral staircase that leads downstairs. 

Two-bedroom beach residence with private pool (610 sqm) – 2 residences 

Two units with one bedroom on the ground floor, with living and dining rooms and a spacious master bedroom upstairs. Bespoke furnishings and art objects make chic and cosy areas, and a private sundeck and azure pool sprawl from each of the two residences across white, powder-fine sands. 

The Nautilus Refuge with private pool (542 sqm) – 1 residence 

Directly overlooking the lagoon, this two-bedroom residence offers a large sun terrace and an infinity pool. Each bedroom, all with private bathrooms, offers beautiful sea views. 

The Nautilus Mansion – 1 Beach House 

It was designed by the owner to be his beach house. It’s a small three-bedroom sand castle, set on a spectacular spot on the beach, with custom furnishings created by hand from fine materials. The objects of art and furnishings of the residence are testimonials of the spirit of the island. Serenity, privacy and absolute freedom.

Zeytoun

This restaurant overlooking the lagoon is a true oasis of peace by the sea to admire the sunset. Featured by subtle elegance, the restaurant offers signature dishes, inspired by local flavours, and enhances little-known spices. Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, aromatic Turkish teas, deliciously prepared cuisine and served in a romantic and refined atmosphere.

Thyme

Thyme Restaurant offers the best of Maldivian gastronomy. Open all day, this seaside restaurant offers a bespoke breakfast, a sumptuous lunch or delicious dishes for dinner. Let yourself be carried away by the delightful atmosphere, lulled by a light sea breeze;

Ocaso Grill 

This Grill restaurant offers smoked and infused flavours, with a mix of delicious dishes from all over the world: from Latin America to distant regions of Asia, with a prestigious wine selection and master chefs committed to offering unique creations;

Naiboli Bar

The perfect cocktail with delicious small plates served outdoors, under the enchanting Maldivian sky.  The pool bar allows you to enjoy the simple pleasures of life: a sunset and the tranquillity of a paradise island in a relaxing environment.

The Nautilus CIP arrival service 

Upon arrival at Velana International Airport, you are picked up directly from your aircraft and individually escorted to the exclusive CIP lounge (Maamehi Executive Lounge), regardless of the house category booked. No queuing is required as all matters regarding immigration, baggage and customs will be handled on your behalf. If you wish to have the same service upon departure, your House Master would be delighted to arrange this for you at an additional cost.

Whilst we do not recommend children under 9 years old staying in any over-water category, if families would like to, it’s possible to set up fences around the deck and pool to enhance safety. These are available at any time and are offered on a complimentary basis.
