LAYOUT

The gate opens directly to a huge garden with beautiful plants and also a huge eucalyptus tree, a plant of rare beauty. There is a well-equipped barbecue area with two dining tables and a small relaxation table on a terrace directly in front of the lake under the eucalyptus tree.

The old dock has been converted into a relaxation area, with a lake-view lounge.

Two different staircases lead from this level to the lake and the private beach, equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs.

The villa is on three levels:

Ground Level 

This floor consists of a small sitting room, an area gym, a service bathroom with a separate shower - serving the outdoor areas and the solarium), a fully equipped dining room overlooking the lake, a laundry room, a kid's room with games and a cinema room with a large screen.

First Floor 

This floor includes a wonderful period lounge with a small sitting room in front of a decorative fireplace, a piano and a large seating area overlooking the lake. There is also a dining room with a large table, a well-equipped kitchen with a small bathroom, two bedrooms, with en suite bathroom with tub (the second with shower) and a small terrace with table and chairs.

Second Floor 

On the top floor, we find a small service bathroom, a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a small dining table and a sofa that becomes a double bed with a TV.

On this floor, there are the other three bedrooms:

the first is a large double bedroom with also a single bed, the second is a bedroom with 3 single beds and both share a large bathroom with tub and shower. The last is the Master suite with an en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lake with chairs and a table.

SERVICES

Sheets, towels and pool towels are included in the price. Bathrobe and slippers, welcome kit courtesy set included in the price.

For bookings of 6 nights or more, mid-stay cleaning and change of sheets, towels, bathrobes and pool towels.

There is also a large parking area for up to 4 cars.
