The villa extends across two levels and accommodates up to 10 guests in five elegant double bedrooms. Interiors combine refined period charm with modern comforts, including air conditioning and TVs in all bedrooms.

Ground Floor

As you step into Villa Ortensia, you're welcomed by a grand entrance hall that sets the tone for the elegance within. The elegant dining room, with a large table seating up to ten guests, offers beautiful views of both the garden and the shimmering lake beyond. The living room, featuring a cozy fireplace, opens directly onto the lush garden, inviting indoor-outdoor living. A private study overlooks the pool and gardens, providing a quiet retreat for reading or reflection. For added convenience, a guest powder room is also located on this level.

First Floor

The first floor of Villa Ortensia is dedicated to refined and comfortable accommodations. At its heart lies the Master Bedroom, featuring an oversized bed (225 x 210 cm), a luxurious en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, and a private terrace offering breathtaking views of the lake. A Two-Bedroom Suite provides an ideal space for families or friends, with two double bedrooms, a shared living room, and a full bathroom complete with a bathtub and shower, all overlooking the garden. Another suite includes a double bedroom, a private living room, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, also enjoying tranquil garden views. For guests seeking a more intimate retreat, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony boasts stunning lake views. A staff bedroom, reserved for permanent staff use, completes this floor.

An optional boathouse is also available for rent, featuring a living area with two sofa beds and a bathroom – perfect for teens, staff, or added guests.
