The villa extends over a 750 sqm private property which features a private swimming pool with a jacuzzi and offers accommodation for up to 8 people.

The villa has a living room and a dining area overlooking the lake, three double bedrooms (2 extra beds possible), each with two bathrooms with bathtub and a bathroom with shower as well as a guest toilet, Tv, a kitchen fully equipped, wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, outdoor with garden, swimming pool, terrace, barbecue, and parking.

SERVICES INCLUDED:

Bed linen and towels (change each 3 days), midweek and final cleaning, heating, internet access, fresh bread and croissants every morning, cot and high chair, welcome set consisting in 1 bottle of olive oil, a fruit basket, 5 bottles of wine, 6 bottles of  water, salt/pepper/vinegar, sugar, Nespresso coffee, toilet paper, kitchen paper, garbage bags, detergents).ù

Babysitting, Pet: €100.00 surcharge, private chef,  grocery shopping, waiter and butler service, trips and cultural events, tour and tasting in wine cellars, grocery shopping service (with extra charge), car rental (also with driver), massage at home, helicopter service, boat rental, security service, extra cleaning service, babysitting, laundry service, outdoor swimming pool heating, Late check-in & check-out out.
