The Tuscan Manor combines the grandeur of a historic Tuscan residence with the comfort and functionality of a modern private estate. The main villa features elegant reception rooms, generous living spaces and beautifully restored interiors that preserve the atmosphere of its noble origins. An adjacent annex complements the accommodation, providing additional privacy while maintaining the intimate character of the estate.

Main Villa

The historic residence accommodates 13 individually decorated bedrooms, including 3 elegant Suites and 10 Double Bedrooms, together with spacious reception rooms, elegant lounges, formal dining areas, a billiard room, professional kitchen and beautifully restored communal spaces designed for entertaining and relaxation.

Annex

Located a short walk from the main villa, the annex offers 3 additional double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for extended families, friends or accompanying staff while increasing the estate's accommodation capacity to 32 guests.
