On the ground floor, the villa offers an 80-square-meter living room and a spacious dining room, adjacent to a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring two ovens, a microwave, two dishwashers, a large fridge, a freezer, and an ice machine. A utility room with two washing machines and a dryer provides added convenience. This floor also hosts a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with both shower and bathtub) that opens directly onto the garden, as well as a guest bathroom.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: two exceptionally large ones with en-suite bathrooms (each with both shower and bathtub), and two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms equipped with showers. Every room is fitted with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV.

The villa’s interiors are elegantly appointed with custom-made couches and armchairs, blending contemporary design with art pieces from the owners’ collection and carefully selected antiques.

There is also an annex housing a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and a green marble bathtub.

Outdoors
Outside, a patio next to the dining room is ideal for al fresco meals and includes a traditional pizza oven. The stunning infinity pool measures 10 x 10 meters on all four sides and is surrounded by a patio perfect for lounging. Throughout the garden, multiple seating areas provide complete privacy and serene relaxation.
