The two-story villa, which retains its historic façade, has been completely renovated and is fully equipped with modern comforts including internet access, satellite television, and air conditioning. It offers six bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Three of the upstairs bedrooms boast extraordinary views of the valley and the estate, while the two downstairs bedrooms provide private entrances for added privacy. All bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds.

The living spaces include two large entertaining rooms, perfect for hosting private parties or relaxing with family and friends. A large dining room connects seamlessly to the modern, fully equipped kitchen. Throughout the villa, contemporary and antique furnishings blend harmoniously, complemented by the owners’ collection of 

contemporary art, which brings color and character to the interiors.

Outdoors:
Outside, the villa offers multiple inviting spaces for outdoor living. One patio, draped with grapevines and roses, sits adjacent to the dining room and features two large tables—an ideal setting for al fresco meals. Another patio, located by the infinity pool and pizza oven, provides a perfect spot for casual gatherings.

The infinity swimming pool offers breathtaking views across the valley, stretching from Radicofani to Pienza. Beside the pool, a small gym allows guests to stay active with top-of-the-line weighted cable resistance equipment.

The villa is set within a two-acre fenced property that guarantees complete privacy and tranquility. Surrounded by lawns, terraces, and a lush, wooded landscape, the estate is alive with seasonal blooms of wild roses, broom, prickly pear, violets, and holly. Wildlife such as cuckoo birds, pheasants, hares, boars, deer, and porcupines inhabit the surrounding woods.

Scattered throughout the gardens are several outdoor seating areas, including a unique meditation garden ideal for reading and relaxation, and a main garden with a diverse rose collection.
