The house blends in with the beauty of its surroundings with nonchalant and informal sophistication. A passion for taste and simplicity, as well as a very committed sense of quality, took this project to the next level. 

Located in Tankah Bay, just minutes from Tulum, Villa Beatriz is the perfect setting for a family vacation, an excursion with friends or a short romantic getaway. This luxurious villa offers enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The secluded Tankah Beach is nestled between the crystal clear water of a cenote and the sound of crashing waves. It is a special ecological zone that limits developments and has specific conservation provisions to protect the fragile ecosystem of the area. We also invite you to collaborate while respecting our surrounding nature and helping to preserve this unique corner of paradise. 

The villa includes five large bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathroom. The Villa offers a living area with comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful outdoor living space where to soak up the incredible views of the Caribbean from terrace furnished with lounge chairs and a swimming pool.
