LAYOUT 

The villa is located on Xpu-Ha beach, a gorgeous, white sand and turquoise waters pristine beach, rated as one of the best 3 beaches of the whole Mayan Riviera and it has a cenote as natural pool that separates the rear lawn from jungle trees where it's possible to swim depending on the time of the year. The villa was commissioned from one of Mexico’s top beach architects and was decorated in a minimalist style by its owner using local Mexican pieces. 

All the woodwork is made from mahogany and other tropical woods from the Yucatan and Chiapas jungles. Bel Ha is a 9,000 sq ft house with 7 terraces, a large living room, a fully equipped bar room, 4 very spacious suites, a studio, a kitchen, and two private palapas (one at the pool and another on the beach). The house is reached through a private road. In total, the house has 6 different great lounging areas for its guests to enjoy and is surrounded by large side and rear gardens which are illuminated at night for a beautiful experience. The house’s pool area leads the way to the white sandy beach where the private palapa, surrounded by palm trees and sea grapes, is located. During June and July, the protected species of loggerhead (caguama) giant sea turtles come to lay their eggs on the beach. 

The guests of the villa have access to the Spa and restaurants at Esencia Resort just a short stroll away. The villa accommodates 8 people and extra beds can be arranged to accommodate up to 10 guests.
