The main residence features a spacious master suite and three further double bedrooms, all with private bathroom facilities. Two separate guest houses complete the accommodation: the first, positioned near the pool, offers two en-suite double bedrooms, while the second provides an additional bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, with the possibility of accommodating extra guests.

Depending on the required configuration, an additional bedroom may be made available for staff. The final bedroom and bathroom arrangement will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.

The interiors are furnished with carefully selected designer pieces and open onto panoramic terraces overlooking the gardens and coastline. Generous living and dining areas create an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, while extensive glazing brings the sea views into the heart of the villa.

Outdoors

Outside, guests can enjoy three swimming pools, including a counter-current pool and a dedicated children’s pool, together with three Jacuzzis. Landscaped Mediterranean gardens, contemporary sculptures and shaded terraces lead towards the sea and the villa’s private beach area.

A fully equipped outdoor kitchen, bar, barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven provide an inviting setting for relaxed lunches and evening dinners. A large dining table crafted from juniper wood accommodates up to sixteen guests.

WELLNESS & LEISURE

The private wellness area includes a hammam, massage room, chromotherapy facilities, tropical waterfall and Scottish shower. A Technogym-equipped fitness area, yoga room and home cinema provide further opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

The estate also features a private tennis court and helipad. Additional leisure facilities—including a putting green, volleyball area and wine cellar—may be available and should be confirmed when booking.
