Villa Aqua Bella is one of the most exclusive properties in Sardinia, located in Puntaldia, near San Teodoro, on the northeastern coast of the Island. Two terraces are located in the garden to relax and enjoy outside dining under a covered barbecue area with a beautiful 16-seat juniper table, a bar, an outdoor kitchen equipped with a pizza oven and a stunning sea view. A panoramic walkway leads to the villa’s private beach, equipped with sun loungers and parasols.

About 900m from the villa there are the tourist port and the centre of Puntaldia, where you will find all the necessary services, such as restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops. Nearby we recommend you visit the following beaches: Lu Impostu, La Cinta, Isuledda, Cala Brandinchi, Cala d'Ambra, and Capo Coda Cavallo. 

About 50 km away there is the famous Costa Smeralda, which entertains all tastes and has wonderful beaches and small coves.
