LAYOUT 

The Beachfront Villa Lia lies on one of the best beachfront positions anywhere in Sardinia, onto the fine white sandy beach, at a slightly elevated level to remain secluded, with the shallow clear sea being safe for children and great for swimming. 

The villa is an achievement of ingenuity and fantasy with each room designed to a theme that remains private due to the different levels with some built under a garden or behind thick stone walls and natural insulation from temperature excesses throughout the year. 

The villa for up to 16 guests features eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms.

Guests can enjoy the privacy of a villa including services like a luxury hotel with a private chef who provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner with fresh locally grown products, fish from the sea, games meat, and the finest cheeses and hams.

• Bedroom 1: Pasha (Primary Bedroom)* – 44 m², king-size bed with sea and beach views. Bathroom with bathtub and shower.

• Bedroom 2: Bali Hai (Deluxe Bedroom)* – 24 m², king-size bed or two single beds for 2 adults, with sea and garden views. Bathroom with bathtub and shower.

• Bedroom 3: Blue Moon (Deluxe Bedroom)* – 16 m², queen-size bed with sea and garden views. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower.

• Bedroom 4: Mack the Black (Standard Bedroom)* – 14 m², queen-size bed or two single beds, with views of the north-facing courtyard. Bathroom with shower.

• Bedroom 5: The Sailor’s Happy Return (Primary Bedroom)* – 35 m², king-size bed with sea views. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. Two private terraces and a palm tree growing inside the room.

• Bedroom 6: The Flintstone (Superior Bedroom)* – 28 m², king-size bed with sea and beach views. Bathroom with walk-in bathtub and shower.

• Bedroom 7: Starry Nights (Superior Bedroom)* – 35 m², queen-size bed for 2 guests, with the option of adding a single bed for a third guest. Sea and garden views. Bathroom with walk-in bathtub, shower, bidet and two sinks. Fireplace and private garden terrace.

• Bedroom 8: The King’s Stork (Superior Bedroom)* – 31 m², king-size bed and one single bed for up to 3 adults, with garden views. Bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, shower, bidet and one sink. An aquarium with live fish is positioned above the bathtub. This bedroom offers a particularly high level of privacy.

• Bedroom 9: The Island in the Sun (Superior Bedroom)* – 21 m², king-size bed. Beach bungalow with a living room and kitchenette overlooking the sea. Bathroom with shower, bidet and one sink. Located just a few steps from the beach.

• Bedroom 10: Anchors Away (Standard Bedroom)* – 12 m², double bed for 1–2 adults. Beach bungalow with a small window facing the sea and a living area with sea views. Bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. Shares a living room with “The Island in the Sun.”

Indoors 

The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical and gas hobs, dishwasher, ovens, electrical hotplates and gas burners, grills, bain-marie, double fridge ice maker, bread machine, ice cream machine, large toasters, works as well as tea and coffee machines. 

Living Room Sofa corner for 10 people with SAT-TV, Dining area for 6 people, central area with fireplace and table for 8 people opening to a covered terrace with 2 long tables to seat 20 people, Music Room, Speakers concealed behind wall picture frames, Bechstein piano surrounded by sofa seating for 20 people opening to a terrace with barbecue grill and wood pizza oven and the dancing terrace over the sea (ideal for parties, birthdays or weddings) 

Outdoors 

Infinity pool (17m) heated from November to June, with pool bar, different furnished terraces, outdoor shower and WC pathway to the beach (12 stairs), children’s pool (50cm deep) with waterfall.
