LAYOUT 

The Beachfront Villa Lia lies on one of the best beachfront positions anywhere in Sardinia, onto the fine white sandy beach, at a slightly elevated level to remain secluded, with the shallow clear sea being safe for children and great for swimming. 

The villa is an achievement of ingenuity and fantasy with each room designed to a theme that remains private due to the different levels with some built under a garden or behind thick stone walls and natural insulation from temperature excesses throughout the year. 

The villa for up to 16 guests features eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms.

Guests can enjoy the privacy of a villa including services like a luxury hotel with a private chef who provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner with fresh locally grown products, fish from the sea, games meat, and the finest cheeses and hams.
