Set in one of the most beautiful and unspoilt corners of north-eastern Sardinia, Villa Salina is an exceptional seaside retreat surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and enjoying remarkable privacy. Originally built in 1976, the villa extends over approximately 600 sqm within a large private estate in Capo Coda Cavallo, with an architectural design that blends naturally into the surrounding Mediterranean landscape.

Its architecture blends naturally into the surrounding landscape, with generous living spaces, patios and covered terraces creating a continuous connection between the house, gardens and sea.

The property's greatest attraction is undoubtedly its privileged waterfront position. A path through the grounds leads directly to a dedicated sandy beach just 50 metres from the villa, set within a naturally sheltered bay with crystal-clear waters. The bay also provides protected anchorage even for large yachts, while another beautiful beach can be reached in approximately ten minutes on foot.

LAYOUT

Indoors

Villa Salina accommodates up to 17 guests in nine bedrooms (with the possibility of adding an extra bed for children).

The interiors retain the distinctive character of the original architecture while offering all the comforts expected of a contemporary seaside residence. The spacious living room opens towards the gardens and terraces, while a separate dining room, study and fully equipped kitchen provide generous communal areas for families and larger groups.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided throughout the property, complemented by satellite TV, a Bose sound system and Wi-Fi.

BEDROOMS 

Eight of the villa's nine bedrooms are located in the main house, while the ninth occupies a separate cottage, providing additional privacy and making the overall layout particularly suitable for larger families or groups travelling together.

Bedroom 9 – Cottage
Located in a separate cottage a short distance from the main villa, this double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, two washbasins and toilet. Its independent position provides additional privacy and makes it particularly suitable for guests wishing to have their own space.

Sauna

Adjacent to the Master Bedroom area, Villa Salina also features a private sauna, creating a dedicated wellness corner within the house. It provides a relaxing retreat after a day spent by the sea or exploring the surrounding coastline.

Outdoors

Outdoor living is at the heart of Villa Salina.

Surrounded by mature Mediterranean vegetation, the grounds feature a 15-metre heatable infinity swimming pool with Jacuzzi, complemented by areas for relaxing and sunbathing.

Two covered terraces provide inviting spaces for outdoor living throughout the day, while a separate covered beachfront terrace creates an exceptional setting close to the water.

A private path leads directly from the estate to the villa's dedicated sandy beach, approximately 50 metres away. The naturally sheltered bay offers clear waters and protected anchorage even for large yachts, creating an exceptional connection between the property and the sea.

An outdoor fitness area with Technogym equipment is also available, while two canoes and two stand-up paddleboards allow guests to explore the surrounding coastline directly from the villa.

SERVICES INCLUDED

Four staff members, 6 days per week: 1 cook providing three meals per day, 1 butler for 8 hours per day and 2 maids for 8 hours per day. Extra hours for the butler and maids are charged at €12,00 per hour.
