Villa Wave is a premium villa with modern design and sophisticated style, located in the heart of the Costa Smeralda coast in Sardinia, in one of the most exclusive areas of Porto Cervo, offering stunning panoramic views of Pevero Bay and Cala di Volpe. 

The villa was built in 2017 with the most modern technologies and design solutions, the smart house system will take care of your maximum comfort and safety during the holiday. 

The exclusive private property with a plot of land of about 6,000 m2 consists of two buildings, the main villa (about 1,000 m2) and the guest house (about 500 m2), connected by an underground corridor tunnel. In total, the house has seven bedrooms plus two bedrooms for staff, and 10 bathrooms. 

The main villa consists of a spacious, light living room with large glass windows on the entire wall with a panoramic sea view and with various relaxation areas, a dining area, professional modern steel kitchen. The sleeping area has a master bedroom of about 100 sqm with a chic sea view, equipped with two bathrooms, and two spacious dressing rooms. In the same building other three bedrooms with separate bathrooms and two bedrooms for the staff with two bathrooms, and a professional laundry. A cosy wine cellar with an aperitif bar, outdoor sunbath terraces and furnished verandas for outdoor dinners and relaxation – are just some areas for a carefree and comfortable stay in the villa. Surrounded by a manicured garden, there is a two-level infinity pool of 250 sqm. 

The guest house consists of a large living room, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms, a professional steel kitchen, a gym overlooking the sea, a SPA area with two massage rooms and a sauna, a yoga room, a cinema, the room for hairdressing services. 

The interiors feature light walls, marble floors, elegant design furniture, cosy living spaces with niches with art pieces and funny sculptures. 

Outdoors

Outdoor spaces include a football field, which could be also a tennis court, a pool of 130 sqm, and parking for three cars. 

This area is designed to relax and contemplate the amazing panoramic view, with a beautiful garden with a variety of Mediterranean vegetation and flowers surrounding the two infinity pools.

The snow-white gazebo with 360-degree panoramic views is a romantic place to contemplate sunsets. Functional outdoor furnished terraces for outdoor dining.
