LAYOUT

Antico Palmento consists of two separate buildings: the historic Palmento and the Manor House.

The Palmento is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, it features a spacious living room with fireplace and wet bar, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one guest bathroom, one king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower room, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and an additional bathroom with shower.

The upper floor includes a study, two double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.

The Manor House occupies the first floor of the second building and offers a living room with fireplace, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and three double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. One additional bathroom with shower is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The living areas open onto a panoramic terrace overlooking the gardens and surrounding landscape.

On the ground floor, with independent external access, there is a private wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, shower and bathroom, together with a fitness area, massage room and laundry facilities.

The centrepiece is the 12 × 7-metre private swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious solarium with sun loungers and outdoor lounge areas. A heated eight-seat Jacuzzi is available throughout the year, while covered terraces, a pergola, an outdoor dining area and barbecue provide an inviting setting for long lunches and relaxed evening gatherings.

The property also includes a private tennis court, an outdoor shower and bathroom, furnished terraces and private parking within the grounds.

Antico Palmento is located near Pozzillo, a traditional fishing village on Sicily’s eastern coast, approximately eight kilometres from Acireale. The nearest rocky coastline is around 800 metres away, while the seaside villages of Stazzo and Riposto can be reached within a short drive.
