The estate is composed of two main structures: the Manor House, hosting the guest bedrooms and a peaceful private library, and a second building dedicated to generous living and dining areas. Here you will also find the main kitchen and the panoramic Belvedere, an inspiring upper floor ideal for yoga sessions, creative activities or intimate gatherings.

Upon arrival at Catania Airport, guests are welcomed and personally accompanied to the villa. The interiors reflect a refined Sicilian identity, with antique furnishings, artisan details and a warm, understated elegance throughout.

The Library offers a quiet retreat lined with bookshelves, while the Orangery represents the social heart of the villa, featuring a lava stone fireplace and comfortable lounge areas. Above, the Belvedere opens to breathtaking 360° views over Mount Etna and the surrounding estate.

Bedrooms

The villa offers 8 bedrooms, distributed across the upper floor and garden level, each individually styled with handcrafted furnishings and local materials.

All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, traditional Sicilian ceramics, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi and Egyptian cotton linens.

The estate unfolds within a beautifully maintained landscape of citrus groves and Mediterranean gardens. The saltwater infinity pool is surrounded by palms and relaxation areas, while shaded terraces and outdoor lounges create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

A private tennis court set among the orange trees is available year-round and illuminated for evening play. The Orangery terrace provides a shaded, air-conditioned space for relaxation and social moments.

DINING

Villa Aurantia offers a truly immersive culinary journey. Two fully equipped kitchens are complemented by an in-house chef who prepares refined Sicilian cuisine alongside international dishes upon request.

Guests can enjoy seasonal produce sourced directly from the estate, including orange blossom honey, homemade preserves, freshly baked bread, local cheeses and cured meats, as well as organic fruit and vegetables. A curated wine selection features both Italian and international labels. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.

WELLNESS

A dedicated wellness area enhances the experience at Villa Aurantia. The Finnish sauna, set within the orange grove, offers a regenerating space for body and mind and accommodates up to six guests. An outdoor shower completes the experience.

On request, the villa can arrange tailored wellness activities including professional massages and guided meditation sessions.
