The villa opens onto a bright and contemporary open-plan living space where lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen blend seamlessly into one elegant environment overlooking the sea. The villa has been designed with particular attention to sustainability and energy efficiency, incorporating solar thermal and photovoltaic systems, together with a lithium battery backup system ensuring uninterrupted energy supply.

A spacious corner suite with panoramic sea views and access to a private terrace overlooking the southern Sicilian coastline. Features include a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with shower, satellite TV, independent air conditioning, Wi-Fi and sun loungers. An additional bed can be added upon request.

SUITE 2 – 40 sqm
An elegant sea-view suite characterised by floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a panoramic terrace. The suite includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, satellite TV, independent air conditioning, Wi-Fi and outdoor sun loungers.

SUITE 3 – 45 sqm
A refined suite with sea views, king-size bed and a distinctive open-style shower area integrated into the room. It also features a separate bathroom, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and independent heating and cooling system. Possibility to add an extra bed.

SUITE 4 – 40 sqm
A peaceful garden-view suite offering flexible bedding configuration with either king-size or twin beds. The suite includes an en-suite bathroom with shower, built-in wardrobes, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and independent air conditioning. Additional bed available upon request.

Outdoors 

The outdoor spaces are designed to fully embrace the Mediterranean setting, centred around a beautiful heated infinity pool (10 x 3.5 metres) overlooking the bay. Expansive terraces, lounge areas and shaded dining spaces create the perfect atmosphere for long summer days by the sea.

The property also offers private parking and an electric vehicle charging station.

The villa is also ideally located for exploring some of Sicily’s most remarkable destinations, including the Vendicari Nature Reserve, Portopalo di Capo Passero and the UNESCO-listed Baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli and Palazzolo Acreide. Taormina can be reached in approximately one hour by car.
