LAYOUT 

Villa Betta is a beautiful 4 en-suite bedroom - 3 double and 1 twin bedroom - villa set in lush grounds and a beautiful pool to swim in and only a ten-minute drive from the sandy beaches of southwest Sicily with its historical landmarks. The gardens of this villa are simply beautiful, set amidst acres of citrus and olive groves, and filled with stunning bougainvillea blooms and summer scents. The villa is located in a large housing complex that offers security and privacy. Clusters of palm trees and a romantic daybed with billowing drapes are dotted around the extensive lawns, in the midst of which sits a large infinity pool, accessed by shallow steps and fronted by a decked sunbathing terrace. There are two covered terraces for dining, one with a built-in barbecue area. Behind the elegant facade, the entrance leads to a cozy lounge with a fireplace, furnished with ethnic flavor, and from which, thanks to large windows, you can admire the wonderful private garden which extends across the rear of the villa. Two porches, one intended for barbecue and dining area and one as a conversation area overlooking the lawn, interrupted only by the blue of the infinity pool and bordered by characteristic dry stone walls, but that seems to be lost sight of an eye in the valley below until to the sea. The interiors are elegant and stylish, with beamed ceilings and terracotta paved floors throughout. The living room - dining area - is charming, filled with light from several French windows, and with leather sofas and rugs. The kitchen, which is spacious and well-equipped, is accessed from the dining area. There are four bedrooms (three doubles, one twin), each with a bathroom with a shower.
