The villa is exquisitely finished and furnished with interiors that are elegantly comfortable spread on three floors over 300 sqm of luxury atmosphere.

Ground Floor 

The ground floor features multiple glass sliding doors opening onto the outdoor living area, swimming pool and ocean. This living area features a large dining table, a comfortable indoor seating area with television, a large fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a fitness room and bathroom-shower with steam generator.

First Floor 

On the first floor are two en-suite bedrooms and a bright living room with full height glass windows and incredible sea views.

Second floor

The second floor has two very large bedrooms both with spectacular views. The master bedroom features large closets, dressing room and a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower, toilet and bathtub. The second en-suite bedroom includes a private deck.

Third Floor 

The third floor is a furnished deck of over 100 sqm with glass railings allowing for clear views to the southern most tip of southern Sicily.

The villa is equipped with every modern convenience including air conditioning and heating (in all rooms), computer workstation with Wi-Fi, Sat-TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Sonos home sound system, barbecue and safe.

Villa Iris is just a few minutes’ drive away from Siracusa and its enchanting historic centre. Easy to visit the surrounding area with the baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, the characteristic fishing villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, Mount Etna and Taormina.
