The villa is distributed over three levels connected by an internal staircase.

Ground Floor
The main living area includes a spacious lounge with TV and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and large floor-to-ceiling windows opening directly onto the terraces, garden and swimming pool. A guest bathroom and laundry room are also located on this level.

First Floor
The sleeping area features three double bedrooms, each with private patio and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Lower Floor
