Situated in a panoramic position, the property offers enchanting views of the surrounding countryside and the sea, in a splendid setting that can be enjoyed in total relaxation from the characteristic natural garden, the beautiful heated swimming pool, and the large well-equipped terraces. Vesta is a newly built contemporary villa consisting of two buildings, both distributed over two floors the main floor includes two elegant suites on the ground floor with a double bed and bathroom with shower. 

First Floor  

On this floor, connected by an internal and external staircase, there is a large and bright living area with a lounge and dining room, a modern kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom; 

Ground Floor  

On this floor, there is a living room with a kitchenette, a single bedroom, bathroom, and on the first floor the fifth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. These luxurious rooms are finely furnished and equipped with all comforts, such as air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite receiver, 4 TVs, washing machine, 2 ovens, and 2 dishwashers. The villa has also a private parking. 

Villa Vesta is located a few kilometers from the beaches of Calamosche, San Lorenzo, and Fontane Bianche, the enchanting baroque cities of Noto, Syracuse, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica, Scicli, and Ragusa, and the natural reserves of Vendicari and Cavagrande del Cassibile.
