Outside, a private paved driveway leads to the villa through well-kept lawns on several levels, an area that houses the latest generation swimming pool (also heated) with waterfalls, aero massage and hydro massage, an outdoor bar, and shaded verandas with solarium to enjoy moments of relaxation away from the hot sun of Zakynthos, which it enjoys for over 300 days a year.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, with three large bedrooms, two of them with en suite bathrooms plus a separate bathroom and satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining area. In the living area, there is a satellite TV with a CD-DVD player and PlayStation.

The junior bedroom features two single beds, autonomous climate control, Flat-TV set with satellite channels, a desktop, a closet, a safe, a hair dryer, and a pool/sea/garden view.
