Villa Aleksandra is spread over 550 sqm over three floors and offers six bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms for up to twelve people. The outdoors has an infinity pool, gym, sauna, and a floating dock with loungers. The three levels are connected by an elevator (Thyssen Krupp).

Upper floor

The villa is accessed from this level, which opens directly onto the reception hall with a wardrobe. This floor is connected to the others with an elevator and Egyptian limestone stairs. Here there are three bedrooms, each with its own style and a private terrace overlooking the bay of Sumartin. The bedrooms feature a king-size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a tropical shower and a free-standing bath, a separate dressing room and a safe. The third bedroom is wheelchair accessible.

First floor

The staircase or the lift leads to the first floor, where there are the other three bedrooms, including the tropical-style master bedroom with king-size bed, a bathroom with separate shower, a separate dressing room with a safe and access to a large private terrace. A fitness room with Kettler equipment, flat screen TV and wall mirror completes this level, as well as an office with desk, printer, scanner, and copier.

Ground floor

This floor features the large main living area, split into multiple zones, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with large table, lounge with elegant artwork, fireplace (bioethanol system), satellite TV, Blu -ray. Large sliding doors open onto a 350 sqm terrace with swimming pool and sun loungers.

Also on this level there is a games room with billiards, a wellness area with sauna and a complete laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate service bathroom.

Outdoors

On the large terrace there is a barbecue, a kitchenette, a dining table for twelve people, a lounge area, sun loungers and the large swimming pool with hydromassage. In front of the terrace, you have access to the floating dock, kayaks, and boat mooring.
