The villa extends across three spacious levels and covers approximately 480 m², comfortably accommodating up to twelve adults plus two children across six beautifully appointed bedrooms.

The entrance level hosts three sea-view bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as one of the villa’s dedicated entertainment lounges complete with satellite TV and direct access to multiple terraces — including one featuring a table tennis area. The ground floor is dedicated to shared living and relaxation.
