This four-bedroom, 14th century property is named after Saint Sabinus, Bishop of Spoleto, to whom the little church on the estate, now deconsecrated, was once dedicated. This used to be one of the most important churches of Murlo where the farmers would congregate for Sunday Holy Mass until the late 1970’s.
The villa San Savino is located on the historic Murlo Estate in the heart of Umbria – cuddled by Tuscany, Lazio and Marche. The history of the estate is dating back to the 11st Century.
The Murlo Estate on several thousand of hectars is itself a natural, enternainment and leisure attraction, but also the close Perugia, Assisi and the Trasimeno Lake are offering exciting activities for all ages. The Murlo Estate is located just next tot the Antognolla Golf Course, which is a magnificent 18-hole championship golf course designed by the famous architect Robert Trent Jones Jr and dominated by the imposing Antognolla Castle dating back to the 11th century. The estate´s hiking trails giving great opportunity to explore the beautiful nature and medivial traces.

One of the most ancient properties on the estate, its terracotta tile floors and original kitchen, along with its imposing old stone walls, give a sense of the building’s history as the most important social meeting point of the estate.
